Repositive Autism Data Collection

Repositive has launched the Autism Data Collection, a database comprised of over 6,500 datasets from autism patients. The datasets were sourced from nine different data sources and include whole-exome sequencing data, microRNA data, and data on the role of the microbiome in autism. The whole-exome sequencing data makes up the largest portion of the database, and was generated through a partnership between Baylor College of Medicine and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, the company said.
