Rebus Biosystems Esper Platform and High Fidelity Assay

Rebus Biosystems, formerly known as LightSpeed Genomics, has launched its Esper platform for spatial multiomics and its first assay, the Esper High-Fidelity assay for RNA.

The single-molecule fluorescence in situ hybridization (smFISH) platform offers multiplexed detection of genes for hundreds of thousands of cells in less than 48 hours. It uses Rebus' synthetic aperture optics technology to provide subcellular resolution.

The high fidelity assay detects up to 30 RNAs at once.
