Qiagen RNA-Seq Explorer Solution

Qiagen has launched its RNA-seq Explorer solution, a bioinformatics-driven approach to analysis and interpretation of omics data from liquid biopsy-based research. The new tool facilitates simple, accurate discovery and validation of biomarkers, enabling researchers to go from raw data in FASTQ format to significant insights that home in on the genetic drivers of cancer, the company said. The tool draws upon the company’s Ingenuity Pathway Analysis and integrates its Biomedical Genomics Workbench.

The new solution will be featured at the American Association for Cancer Research's annual meeting taking place in New Orleans, April 17-20.
