Promega PCR Optimization Kit

Promega has launched a kit for PCR assay development. The PCR Optimization Kit includes magnesium chloride, the firm's GoTaq MDx Hot Start Polymerase, and eight PCR buffers with an array of performance characteristics, all manufactured under cGMP. Once a user develops an ideal protocol using the kit, this optimal solution may then be ordered from Promega with a unique part number as a custom cGMP master mix.
