PerkinElmer NEXTflex Custom Amplicon Panels

PerkinElmer has launched several new NEXTflex Custom Amplicon panels that analyze BRCA1/2, CEBPA, HBOC-3, MEFV, TP53, and specific genes related to colon cancer, diabetes, and nephrotic syndrome. They can also detect somatic mutations in BRCA1/2 and TP53 loci. The panels offer a cost-effective solution for on-target reads with 100 percent coverage of targeted regions, the company said.
