According to the firm, the kit offers a streamlined protocol with enrichment by hybridization with a ready-to-use hybridization and wash buffer. It also reduces manual handling steps to increase reliability and throughput. The firm also said that the kit lowers duplication rates, leading to more accurate calling and more even coverage.
