Oxford Gene SureSeq MyPanel NGS Custom Cancer Panels

Oxford Gene Technology has launched its SureSeq myPanel NGS custom cancer panels. The panels are hybridization-based and use a custom set of probes to deliver complete and uniform coverage of genes of interest to users without the need for fill-in Sanger sequencing, the company said. They also include a comprehensive library of gene content which covers key cancer types including, myeloid, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, ovarian, and breast.
