NuGen's Data Processing Application on BaseSpace

NuGen Technologis has released a new data processing appliction on Illumina's BaseSpace cloud infrastructure. The app lets customers of the company's Ovation Target Enrichment system run tasks such as quality and probe trimming on the BaseSpace cloud. The app outputs processed BAM files with PCR duplicates marked or removed as well as processed Fastq files and UCSC bigWig tracks with duplicates removed.
