Nexus Copy Number 8.0

BioDiscovery has released Nexus Copy Number 8.0, the newest iteration of its copy number analysis software. The release features a new graphical user interface and a new tool called BAM reference builder for building reference files from normal controls or unrelated test samples; and lets users easily import BAM files to visualize and analyze copy number results as well as allelic imbalance events.
