New England Biolabs NEBNext Single Cell/Low Input RNA

New England Biolabs has launched the NEBNext Single Cell/Low Input RNA library prep kit for Illumina sequencing instruments. The kit makes use of an optimized template switching protocol as well as NEB's Ultra II FS enzymatic DNA fragmentation technology. It is amenable to single cells and ultra-low input RNA. The workflow requires between 2 picograms and 200 nanograms of input RNA.
