New England Biolabs NEBNext DNA Repair Mix

New England Biolabs has introduced the NEBNext DNA Repair Mix, a cocktail of DNA repair enzymes designed to help repair and sequence DNA from archival formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue samples. The repaired DNA is compatible with any dosntream application or sequencing platform, NEB said. Together with its NEBNext line of next-generation sequencing library preparation reagents, NEB now offers a complete solution for preparing DNA from FFPE samples for sequencing on both the Illumina and Ion Torrent sequencing platforms, the company added.
