New England Biolabs NEBNext Custom RNA Depletion Design Tool, Core Reagent Set

New England Biolabs has launched the NEBNext Custom RNA Depletion Design Tool and NEBNext RNA Depletion Core Reagent Set for improved removal of specific types of RNA. Customers can apply the tool to design custom probe sequences for their target RNAs, which can be used with the core reagent set or with other NEBNext RNA Depletion Kits. The kits utilize the NEBNext RNase H-based depletion workflow, which can be completed in two hours with 10 minutes of hands-on time.
