MIODx has introduced ClonoMap Immune Profiler, a cloud-based portal for immune repertoire analysis and data management hosted on the DNAnexus Titan platform. ClonoMap Immune Profiler also performs secondary analysis and visualization of repertoire profiles for individuals or disease or treatment cohorts. The company said that it validated the pipeline with data generated by its ClonoMap Repertoire Profiling Kit.
