MetaboScape 2.0

Bruker has released MetaboScape 2.0, the latest version of its solution for metabolomics research and routine analysis. The solution, which links LC-QTOF-MS/MS data from Bruker's Impact II mass spectrometers to metabolic pathways, includes tools for identifying and annotating known and unknown compounds as well as statistical tools for identifying relevant information in metabolomics datasets.
