Maverix Biomics WAVES Software

Maverix Biomics has renamed its RNA-sequencing data analysis platform as Maverix WAVES (Web-based Analysis of Variants and Expression Suite) and is offering a free 30-day trial of the software. The solution provides tools for optimizing and reporting on sequence read quality; reporting sequence alignment statistics and graphs; and generating lists of differentially expressed genes. The software also offers access to visualization tools such as the UCSC Genome Browser as well as charts and heat maps.
