Lexogen SLAM-seq Kits

Lexogen has launched its SLAM-seq line of products for metabolic RNA sequencing. The kits are based on technology developed at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology in Vienna, Austria, that involves labeling metabolic RNA. The technology, thiol-linked alkylation for the metabolic sequencing of RNA, was described this week in a study published in Nature Methods. The SLAM-seq kit can be combined with Lexogen's QuantSeq 3' mRNA kit for library prep.
