Lexogen autoSENSE V2

Lexogen has launched autoSENSE V2, an automation module for Illumina's SENSE mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit V2. Combining software and an automation module, autoSENSE V2 provides complete walk-away library prep for up to 96 samples in around nine hours, including about two hours of manual set-up time, Lexogen said. With the product, it is possible to perform three different library size selections yielding mean library sizes of 320 to 667 bp. In addition, the product requires as little as 10 ng of total input RNA, Lexogen said.
