JSR's ExoCap Kit

JSR and its group company JSR Life Sciences have launched a new version of their ExoCap kits for exosome isolation and enrichment. The new kits have been designed and optimized for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with optimized protocols for downstream assays. The kits are based on JSR's Magnosphere magnetic micro beads coated with a proprietary hydrophilic polymer to decrease non-specific binding. Each kit includes magnetic beads coupled with antibodies that recognize the exosome surface antigens CD9, CD63, CD81, and EpCAM; treatment buffer; washing/dilution buffer; and exosome elution buffer.
