ITP Biomedica's BladderPredict

Mount Sinai Services of Toronto has launched BladderPredict, a precision diagnostic tool that classifies the aggressiveness of non-muscle invasive bladder tumours. The test is the first of a series of next-generation sequencing diagnostics tests based on collaborative work at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute and Mount Sinai Services. BladderPredict uses proprietary technology to reduce diagnostic subjectivity, providing clinicians with a higher degree of certainty regarding disease type and allowing more evidence-based point-of-care treatment. The test will be marketed by iTP Biomedica.
