IDT PrimeTime Gene Expression Master Mix

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) has launched PrimeTime gene expression master mix, an optimized enzyme mix for probe-based qPCR. The master mix delivers accurate, sensitive gene expression analysis with efficiencies greater than 90 percent in two-step RT-qPCR under both fast and standard cycling conditions. It easily integrates into new and existing experimental workflows, because it is also compatible with all commercially available 5' nuclease gene expression assays, said the company.
