According to the firm, the software allows customers to streamline sample analysis processed on the HTG EdgeSeq platform. The version 1.2 update contains improved functionality, offering data analysis from the firm's HTG EdgeSeq Precision Immuno-Oncology Panel, the HTG EdgeSeq Oncology Biomarker Panel, and the HTG EdgeSeq Mouse mRNA Tumor Response Panel.
