GenomeDx Decipher GRID Tumor RNA Expression Profile Expansion

GenomeDx Biosciences has launched an expansion of its GRID Tumor RNA Expression Profile, a report generated for prostate tumors profiled with a Decipher Prostate Cancer Classifier test. The profile expansion features new markers and genomic signatures characterizing specific genomic attributes of the patients' prostate cancer, the company said. Profiles generated using the Classifier test are for research use only and will bed added to the company's cloud-based genomic data sharing and collaborative research platform, Decipher GRID, which contains over 27,000 tumor profiles and growing.
