Fluidigm Single-Cell TCR Sequencing

Fluidigm has announced single-cell T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing, a new appplication for its C1 system. Single-cell TCR sequencing provides information on the alpha and beta chains from each TCR in conjunction with the corresponding gene expression signature.

The application is enabled through a new bioinformatics pipeline designed to produce full-length, paired TCR sequence data, called TraCeR, and is available on the firm's Script Hub web portal.
