Ensembl Genomes 33 is now available. This release incorporates the Araport 11 gene model annotation for Arabidopsis thaliana and adds mitochondrial and plastid genome sequences to the current maize chromosomal assembly. It also includes updated peptide comparative genomics and BioMarts for plants and fungi and updated protein features from InterPro for plants, metazoa, protists, and fungi among other changes.
