Ensembl Genomes 28

Ensembl Genomes 28 is now available. This release features updates to version 81 of the Ensembl platform across all divisions with a total of of 23,636 genomes from 4,991 species. It also includes annoation updates for Schizosaccharomyces pombe (fission yeast); and recalculated protein domains for Ensembl protists, metazoa, fungi and plants using the latest version of InterProScan.
