DNAnexus' Whole Genome Assembly Offering

DNAnexus is now offering whole-genome assembly using long-read sequencing data from Pacific Biosciences' RS II system.

Sequences are assembled on DNAnexus' cloud-based platform using PacBio's Falcon assembler. The software, along with Drosophila, Arabidopsis, cancer cell line, and CHM13 datasets, are available on the platform under the 'featured projects' tab. DNAnexus is continuing to collaborate with PacBio to develop new features and improve current PacBio assembly technology in the cloud.
