Definiens now offers its Immuno-Oncology Panel (IO-Panel) as part of its "Insights" services portfolio. The IO-Panel is designed to enable pharmaceutical immuno-oncology researchers to advance tissue-biomarker-dependent drug development and speed up clinical research. It combines Definiens' digital image analysis capabilites, powered by Tissue-Phenomics technology, which quantifies relevant spatial relations of different immuno and tumor cells within the context of the complete tissue architecture and tumor heterogeneity, the company said.
