CLC Microbial Genomics Module

Qiagen Bioinformatics has launched the CLC Microbial Genomics module, a new tool for scientists involved in food production, agbio, and infectious disease research to visually explore and analyze microbiomes. The module offers preconfigured automatic workflows for analyzing data from individual samples or entire experiments. It supports visual microbiome composition browsing and analysis at different taxonomic levels and in the context of metadata among other capabilities. 

The new module is available via the CLC Genomics Workbench and CLC Genomics Server Software solutions.
