CeGaT Diagnostic Panel Update

CeGaT has launched an update of its diagnostics panel for epilepsy, metabolic, and brain development disorders. The update combines all three areas of disease on one gene panel, and includes 639 genes, divided into 28 gene-sets according to their clinical importance for each single area of disease. The panel was also adjusted to increase sequencing coverage within clinically relevant areas, the company said.
