Blast2Go Pro plugin for Geneious

Blast2Go Pro, a functional annotation tool developed by BioBam, is now available on Geneious, Biomatters' suite of software solutions for molecular biology. The plugin provides Geneious users with a workflow for analyzing transcriptome data and for assigning biological functions to genes and proteins.
