Bioo Scientific's NEXTflex 18S ITS Amplicon-Seq Kit

Bioo Scientific has launched its NEXTflex 18S ITS Amplicon-Seq Kit. According to the firm, it simplifies the preparation of multiplexed amplicon libraries spanning the ITS1 and ITS2 hypervariable regions of eukaryotic 18S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes to permit the fast and cost-effective characterization of uncultured fungal and micro-eukaryotic organisms. Bioo added that the kit provides up to 384 multiplexing barcodes, which could reduce the cost of 18S ITS NGS studies on the Illumina MiSeq platform.
