Ashion Analytics Genomic Enabled Medicine Cancer Panel

Ashion Analytics has launched the Genomic Enabled Medicine (GEM) cancer panel designed to improve cancer care. This cancer panel covers the coding regions of 562 cancer-related genes, and also captures copy number events and structural variations. The panel also produces detailed genomic analysis of a patient's cancer. Employing state-of-the-art tumor (somatic)-germline subtraction technology, the GEM cancer panel approach uncovers true tumor events, said Ashion Analytics in a statement.
