ArcherDx VariantPlex Solid Tumor Panel

ArcherDx has launched the VariantPlex Solid Tumor Panel, a targeted next-generation sequencing-based assay to detect somatic variants in 67 cancer-associated genes. AMP libraries have greater target recovery from short fragments, making the technology ideal for low-input formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples, ArcherDx said.
