ArcherDx Comprehensive Thyroid and Lung Assay

ArcherDx has launched its Archer Comprehensive Thyroid and Lung assay, a next-generation sequencing target enrichment panel.

The assay combines complementary RNA- and DNA-specific NGS library preparation panels to detect gene fusions, point mutations, RNA abundance levels, and copy number variations from FFPE and fine needle aspiration samples.

Turnaround time for the assay, from sample extraction to data reporting, is three to five days.
