Appistry's CloudDx Translational Software

Appistry has launched Appistry CloudDX Translational, a new targeted solution for trasnlational research based on a system that was developed and is in use at the National Institutes of Health's Undiagnosed Diseases program.

According to the company, the solution provides clinical research centers with over 80 preconfigured workflows from the Undiagnosed Diseases Program Integrated Collaboration system, which is an analysis pipeline for exploring family pedigrees. The list includes tools for sample management, phenotype collection, and next-generation sequence analysis.
