Amplion Biomarker Engine

Amplion has launched a biomarker engine, a proprietary platform to rapidly and accurately gather, filter, and annotate biomarker information. The platform uses natural language processing and machine learning, and is able to gather and filter large volumes of biomarker information from diverse sources, said Amplion in a statement. It is being used initially to expand the coverage of biomarkers in clinical trials in BiomarkerBase.
