Agilent SureGuide CRISPR Libraries for Functional Genomics

Agilent Technologies has launched new CRISPR/Cas9 guide RNA (gRNA) libraries for pooled screening. Agilent is offering both genome-scale CRISPR knockout (GeCKO) and customized SureGuide gRNA libraries for functional genomics in three varieties: ready-to-package GeCKO plasmid libraries, ready-to-clone custom libraries that can be prepared for delivery with SureVector cloning kits, and ready-to-amplify custom libraries for total control over library design.
