Advanced Biological Laboratories DeepChek HCV NS5B Assay

Advanced Biological Laboratories is now enrolling molecular diagnostic laboratories in an early access program for its DeepChek HCV NS5B Assay. The assay is designed to identify viral hepatitis C genotypes and subtypes from the HCV RNA NS5B gene by using custom software to interpret and report on Sanger and next-generation sequencing data. Any laboratory performing standard HCV genotyping and subtyping tests and using routine sequencing and NGS will be eligible to join the EAP, Luxembourg-based ABL said.
