Abcam Multiplex Cellular and Circulating miRNA Assays

Abcam has launched new multiplex miRNA profiling assays for high-throughput validation of biomarkers. The assays are based on Firefly particle technology.

The Multiplex Cellular and Circulating miRNA Assays allow researchers to profile up to 68 miRNAs in each well of a 96-well plate, read by a standard flow cytometer.

The Cellular assay is optimized for purified miRNA, while the Circulating assay allows profiling from crude samples, including serum and plasma, with no need for RNA purification. 

Abcam offers panels targeting specific diseases as well as customizable panels.
