3M Salmonella Molecular Detection Assay

3M Food Safety has announced the addition of a Salmonella assay to its line of next generation food safety molecular detection tests. The 3M Molecular Detection Assay 2 - Salmonella test adds to assays for Listeria, and Listeria monocytogenes, with the second generation tests processing samples in one hour after enrichment times as low as 10 hours. Both first and second generation tests can run simultaneously on the firm's isothermal amplification 3M Molecular Detection System.
