Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in building Aldlevron's workforce by working collaboratively to find, attract, and entice the best talent to join the company. This role is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of sourcing efforts to build a robust pipeline of talent in support of hiring needs. This includes proactively leveraging appropriate channels and partnerships to address difficult to fill positions. This role acts as an ambassador of Aldevron, delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers. 

About the Role:

  • Plan, generate, and execute an aggressive sourcing strategy to proactively build a pipeline for difficult to fill positions
  • In collaboration with Recruiting Specialist, understand hiring needs and qualifying attributes by examining job descriptions and interviewing hiring managers
  • Leverage traditional directories and advanced sourcing techniques and channels, including databases, networking, associations, social media, referrals, and campus connections
  • Identify sourcing metrics and analytics and provide regular updates to management
  • Qualify candidates for skill, cultural and motivational fit by utilizing screening criteria defined by the hiring manager
  • Provide organized candidate information and assessment to Recruiting team for interview
  • Own contracts and relationships with outside staffing agencies 
  • Continuously assess sourcing strategies and hiring effectiveness and adjust plans as needed

About You:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a corporate sourcing specialist or recruiter required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 5 years of overall career experience
  • Ability to thrive and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
