Job Description


  • Develop analytical reports and visualizations from system data characterizing and classifying artifacts for signal processing, hardware and IC teams
  • Develop and quantify system noise model from both empirical and theoretical inputs
  • In collaboration with instrument team, develop auxiliary measurement systems and experiments to validate and baseline system model components
  • Present written and oral reports of system modeling and data analysis


  • Master or PhD level candidate in engineering, physics or similar field
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and modeling, measurement theory, statistics and system engineering
  • Ability to model or simulate a system’s behavior from the extracted data
  • Experience with product development, quality control and controlled documentation processes are a plus
  • The ideal candidate will be innovative, data-driven, results-oriented and methodical, with record of achievement commensurate with previous experience
  • Leadership skills with ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary organization
  • Ability to manage work within tight timelines
