Summary: Proven abilities and experience in developing and successfully executing deals with pharmaceutical companies for companion diagnostic assays, patient stratification efforts, data analytics licensing and other genomic services opportunities. The Senior Director, Business Development will have the overall responsibility for developing and implementing strategic programs to achieve the desired revenue objectives. To meet these requirements, the successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and implementing all aspects of this process. Responsibilities: • Works with the President and other senior staff members to define and execute an overall plan in a focused direction that will maximize the revenue and profit value of the Company. • Analyzes markets that will permit and encourage market penetration of the Company’s products and technologies. • Develops and implements key account targeted strategies and programs to optimize revenue. • Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes potential markets by size, business opportunity, and return on investment. • Develops tactics and strategies to target potential partners and collaborators within prioritized markets. • Consistently delivers on commitments.
