Job Description

Senior Support Scientist will enable our QIAGEN Bioinformatics users to fully utilize our software solutions to meet their research, industrial, and/or clinical needs
- Acts a customer advocate to product departments
- Produces and updates customer support documentation to ensure users can help themselves
- A scientific and technical problem solver
- Customer interface which meets or exceeds the expectations of our extremely capable customers

- Masters in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or related field
- Knowledge and familiarity in analyzing and interpreting genomic data

- Solid team player
- Demonstrated work ethics
- Attention to detail
- Strives to provide the best possible customer experience
- Ability to take address new challenges and multiple customer concerns
