Counsyl has grown from a startup to become one of the largest clinical genome centers in the world. With this growth comes the necessity to bring on top-notch talent to help us strengthen our core initiatives and execute with excellence. We are looking for a Senior Clinical Marketing Manager to help us expand our footprint in Reproductive Health.
What you'll do
Lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs at Counsyl focused on a specific segment/vertical, reporting to our Senior Director of Clinical Marketing - Women’s Health. Develop deep subject matter expertise for this clinical audience as well as the DNA tests and competitors in this segment.
Drive core components of the marketing strategy and tactical plan in order to drive growth and meet our business objectives. Leverage relevant marketing channels - such as print/digital media, direct sales, publications, conferences, speaker programs, medical education, patient & payer pull-through - that reach the relevant clinical audience(s) to communicate, amplify, and reinforce our messaging to win in this vertical.
Partner closely with Sales to ensure that our sales force is educated and trained on how to differentiate our tests and our service platform, so they are positioned to protect and grow that business.
Partner with Product Strategy, Medical Affairs, Sales and other Stakeholders to help shape the product roadmap for Counsyl in assigned segment/vertical. Take leadership in new product launches to ensure that both the upstream and downstream aspects are defined and well-executed to maximize commercial impact.
Partner closely with Medical Affairs to ensure: that segment-specific thought-leaders are represented in our Ad Boards to guide strategy and investments in this vertical; that we are cultivating Counsyl advocates and speakers that can educate and amplify our value proposition and messaging to this clinical audience; and that we are driving data into the scientific literature that communicates our clinical leadership and test/service platform differentiation to this clinical audience.
