Job Description
  • Secure continuous business success and actively support sales to reach set goals
  • Develop & implement a customer driven strategy and related product roadmap 
  • Define user and market needs and work closely together with R&D and other support functions to develop new products
  • Manage product launches
  • Develop a strong Key Opinion Leader network with Medical and Scientific Affairs teams
  • Develop and drive implementation of successful global marketing campaigns with internal and external marketing channels
  • Position products, develop sales tools and drive revenue growth together with regional marketing
  • Ongoing care and support of product line, including monitoring of customer satisfaction, competitor activity, new customer needs and sales support materials
  • Business or Scientific degree
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Marketing and Product Management
  • Relevant business experience in Molecular Diagnostics
  • International work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of designated product/ market area
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and practices
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage both, complex personal tasks and team work
  • Experienced in time and project management
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (~ 25 %)
