Dovetail is looking to expand our team and is in need of a Sales Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will work cross functionally to execute projects addressing sales effectiveness, efficiency and standardization of processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop strong rapport with Sales team and distributors
- Sales Lead curation, organization and management of database (Salesforce.com) cleanliness
- Lead identification and development
- Curation of consortia information for lead nurturing
- Distributor business transaction interface
- Sales Contract review & final execution
- Prioritization of initiatives for sustained success
- Analyze and report on observations and findings, develop strategic recommendations based on observations for commercial leadership
- Leverage insights gained from sales and distributors to provide feedback and direction to project and development road maps for other groups, support, operations, finance etc.
- Develop global process standards and propose areas of consistency, assist in training and monitor compliance with standards
