Job Description


This position will be responsible for project management and related technical support in liaison with the Field Sales and Technical teams. This also includes occasional direct customer support and coordination of services.   

  • Support to Sales during pre-sales negotiations (quotations, bid preparation, contract review)
  • Interacts with Marketing, Operations, Technical Support, Field Service and other functional groups to drive the process from quote to order fulfillment.
  • US pricing implementation and execution.  Maintain price files, obtain management approval and update customer price lists as required.
  • Daily coordination of all activities related to service quotes and order management, including follow-up and resolution.
  • Reviews contracts/bids and follow-up required action items for on time submission
  • Order registration in proper system and monitoring process
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and correct delivery
  • Sales Operations reports and analysis (management reports, daily tasking and shipment reporting)


Bachelor’s degree required

Degree in Biology or related Life Sciences and/or relevant work experience in the Life Sciences or related field required

Relevant work experience in customer communication role a plus

General knowledge of molecular biology work flows

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Performs highly accurate work (high attention to detail)
Project management, report creation and pricing administration a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email systems is required
Proactive self-starter with drive for results
Able to interact at many levels within the organization, internal and external
Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
Problem solving attitude and cross-functional perspective
Ability to initiate and complete process improvement through influence/teamwork

Ability to travel up to 20%
