This position will be responsible for project management and related technical support in liaison with the Field Sales and Technical teams. This also includes occasional direct customer support and coordination of services.
- Support to Sales during pre-sales negotiations (quotations, bid preparation, contract review)
- Interacts with Marketing, Operations, Technical Support, Field Service and other functional groups to drive the process from quote to order fulfillment.
- US pricing implementation and execution. Maintain price files, obtain management approval and update customer price lists as required.
- Daily coordination of all activities related to service quotes and order management, including follow-up and resolution.
- Reviews contracts/bids and follow-up required action items for on time submission
- Order registration in proper system and monitoring process
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and correct delivery
- Sales Operations reports and analysis (management reports, daily tasking and shipment reporting)
