Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in molecular diagnostic assay development, molecular biology, microbiology, or biomedical engineering. This position will spend the majority of the time in the lab environment and will report directly into the Product Development Team . This individual will be a key member of the product development team and will work in this team environment to create, develop, and commercialize FDA-cleared in vitro diagnostic (IVD) assays and devices.

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in molecular biology, chemistry or biomedical engineering with relevant industry experience or significant academic laboratory experience.

Experience in the development of nucleic acid-based IVD assays or devices, preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to assure project success.

Must pay strong attention to detail.  Must keep accurate records when recording strain information and lot information.

Must be willing to be flexible with schedule.  Work schedule may include nights and/or some weekends to achieve milestones.

 

Ability to work in the U.S. on an unrestricted basis.
