Open Territories: Atlanta based (GA, MS, TN,AL, Panhandle FL); Dallas based (North Texas, Oklahoma) NYC based (5 Boroughs) Phoenix Based (AZ, NV, UT)

At Courtagen, we want you to create and build your own financial success.  We provide our Sales Representatives with a competitive base salary and benefits package.  Our uncapped commission plan allows you to earn as much as you are able.  Our in-house team supports you and our patients throughout the process, and works with all insurance companies to ensure the highest level of reimbursement allowed.  Are you organized, enthusiastic, and ready to support a multi-state customer base of physicians in both private practices and institutional accounts?  

What Is the Job?

You will target and close accounts.  You will generate new business, as well as maintain relationships with our existing clients.  This will require you to establish and maintain relationships with physicians and facilities focused on neurological disorders.  You will attend tradeshows on occasion to help generate leads.

You must be willing to travel, how much will depend on how you choose to arrange your schedule; at times you may travel more or less. If you have passion for delivering a superior product, in an industry that can make a world of difference in the life of a child, the job will come naturally.

You will be expected to hit your sales goals – we hope you will exceed them.  The more you sell, the more money you will make; compensation for sales is only limited to your level of desire to succeed.

Who You Are

You are ambitious and confident.  You have the ability to establish a rapport with customers.  You will live in or near a central area of the territory.  You are optimistic by nature.

Ideally you have experience selling to health care professionals and preferably experience in neurology.   You may have other life science experiences that will help you in this role.  Courtagen will provide will all the tools you need in order to sell genetic testing.  You do not have to be an expert in science, we have experts at our office that you can rely on as needed.    

You need a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience – exceeding your quota year over year.
